Iris Kerton disapeared one Sunday whilsy walking with my grandfather, Frank. They went to the loo adn when he came out of the loo, she was gone. There was an extensive search and the story was covered both by the local paper and also the local TV. Sadly she was found washed up at Elberry Cove about a week later. It was all very very sad. She had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and it was thought she perhaps came out of the loo adn didnt know where/who she was.
