Hi there, researching my family tree, my great gran ada martin was put into an orphanage at around 8 years of age in Essex. All I have to go on is that she remembers her mum dying when she was about four. This stone fits the date and surname. All she could remember is that she may have had a brother called richard and we know her surname was martin. Her father died shortly after although moved to a different area Thanks for your aniticipated help in this matter
