I believe this to be the grave of my gr-great uncle, Mark Preston born 21 June 1856 in Hungerford, Berkshire. He was the youngest son of John and Priscilla PRESTON of Bagshot, nr Shalbourne in Berkshire. On all censuses since 1881 his occupation is recorded as 'Police Constable'. Mark's death certificate records his date of death as 10 October 1935. He was pre-deceased by his wife Lucy, who died in 1923.
