Michael Cosgrove was born on 27thMay 1868 in the townland of Kevenagh on Galloon Island near Newtownbutler Co Fermanagh. He left home for Australia in 1890 and unfortunately his family never knew if he actually made it. My Grandmother was his little sister Kate. I'm so pleased to be able to see his final resting place. God bless you Michael, rest in peace. I had the honour of visiting Michael and Charlotte's grave in Gympie last year, it was a very moving experience which will stay with me for a very long time. VR.
