Arthur Madgwick was the youngest child of George and Beatrice Madgwick and was born in Frith Park East Grinstead in 1925.He followed his brothers into Tree felling but was conscripted into the army in 1944.He served in 5th battalion Royal Wiltshire Regiment but was unfortunatly killed on February 15 1945 in Bedburg Germany.He is buried in The Reichwald Forest grave yard.
