Patricia was the daughter of Stanley Robert Godfrey and his wife Alice Elizabeth Jane Barker (married between April and June 1922, Fulham, London). Patricia was born in Fulham between July and September 1927 and died between July and September 1933 in Westleton, Suffolk. Alice's parents Henry Alexander Barker (of H A Barker & Sons, Undertakers in London) and Lizzie nee McGarrell had a 'getaway' in Gorse Cottage, Westleton, later retiring there before WWII. The whole family frequented Gorse Cottage, and although Alice and Stanley lived in Fulham, were obviously in Westleton when their young daughter died.
