William Georgeson was born about 1802 Knapperfield, Watten, Caithness. His parents were Alexander Georgeson and Isabella Doull. He worked as a tailor. He married Ann Sutherland on 6 Feb 1829 in Wick. He died on 14 Nov 1879 at Stafford Place in Wick. The cause of death was general paralysis and debility from age.
