Ann Sutherland was born about 1804 in Bower, Caithness. Her parents were Alexander Sutherland and Charlotte Horne. She and William Georgeson had at least ten children. She died at Stafford Place in Wick on 27 Nov 1878. Her cause of death is described as brain degeneration, paralysis and exhaustion.
