These blocks were in front of Mr. Hughes' property, and while unfenced were useful in giving access to the river for watering cattle at Ideraway before trucking. It was suggested these allotments be converted into, a small reserve. the graziers to pay any costs of transfer, etc. The chairman had given them a sympathetic hearing, and the matter would be discussed at next meeting of the Council if a letter were sent by the committee embodying the request for a reserve to be proclaimed.
