I believe the date of burial is 1783 not 1785 - see below the official entry taken from Ancestry.co.uk. Date of burial is given as 28 November and the Gravestone does say interred in November! It is not easy to differentiate between a 3 and 5 sometimes when written in cursive script. NAME: Saml.
