18th October 1793 Isabel Dougal and Alexander McLaren had children by the names of James, Ann, and Duncan. James emigrated to the United States to Charleston, South Carolina, where he owned a rice plantation. Ann and Duncan remained in Monzie and are also buried in Monzie Churchyard - see GPR179891 & GPR179925.
