MILLER DIED 18TH FEB. 1966 AGED 82 BELOVED WIFE OF JOHN DOWNIE AND THEIR SON HECTOR MILLER DOWNIE DIED AT STORNOWAY 28TH DECEMBER 1964 AGED 51 ALSO THE ABOVE JOHN DOWNIE DIED 20TH JAN.1974 AGED 90 Rev. Hector Miller Downie was born in 1912 in Wick, son of John Downie and Christina Miller. He was an Episcopalian Minister in Stornoway, Grantown on Spey and Glencoe with Kinlochleven before returning to Stornoway in 1964. He died there the same year.
