Mrs Phebe Colthilde Parkinson	1944	80	1864		Imprisoned with her grandson , Rudi , by the Japanese after assisting Americian airman who were shot down May 1944. Died 28th May 1944 at Bo , internment camp at Namatanai. Phebe's site of burial was lost until found by her great grandson in 2002. Her remains have been re-interred in 2004 beside her husband , Richard Parkinson at the family cemetery on their plantation Kuradui , Raluana , New Britain. https://asopa.typepad.com/files/parkinson-legacy-1.pdf
