Family History ,my sister Alice married a Gardner and Gertrude Brougham Austin married Arthur Gardner on 16-5-1887 Fitzroy Melbourne Australia. Issue Arthur 1887- 2-9-1967. Gertrude was one of the 8 children of George Brougham Austin and Ellen Staddon who were married on 15-2-1851 at St the Evangelist Smith St Westminster London. Georges Father was Thomas Austin a Cop E clergyman.I found today in The Ecclesiastical Gazette 1845 that he was at St Cuthberts Rodmarshall Durham from being a curate at Haughton -le-Skerno
