Mary Roddam (nee Everitt) was the wife of Dr. George Roddam. Mary's mother, Rebecca Everitt (nee Cavell) was the second wife of Philip Dykes Sr. of Wickham Market, Suffolk, father of Philip Dykes Jr. of Pettistree, Suffolk, father of Mary Georgiana Dykes who married John Parson (great-grandfather of my mother Ruth Parson Mathewson). We have miniatures of Mary Roddam and her mother Rebecca that have been passed down in the family.
