Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

W Boagey is actually Hodgeson Boagey, he used his dead brothers name Wilfred to join the army during WW1, he had joined previously under the name of Thomas Boagey another brothers name but was found to be under age and was discharged. He then re-enlisted as Wilfred. He comitted suicide whilst under canvas at Hornsea by shooting himself as the Army Records show. He is a member of my Family Tree.
