Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am interested in the Darcy family because it was enormously influential in the formation of the Thoroughbred, and I am an amateur historian of the breed. I've been trying to sort the four wives of James Darcy for a very long time, so it's a relief to finally see something as authoritative as a family monument.
