Hi my name is Wendy and I'm doing my husbands side of the family genealogy so that our children will have this later on in life. I live in Canada and also volunteer my time for Find a Grave. I feel it is important for other family members find their family members. My mom was born in Brighton England and her dad died with TB my grandmother married a Canadian soldier then moved to Canada. On my husbands side his mum was born in Glasgow Scotland married a Canadian soldier and then moved to Canada. His dad's side are from Wales and England. I have Cancer and hope to be able to go to England and Scotland to see where we are from. I also volunteer for Find a Grave here in Canada so that other people can find their family members. I am looking for a few gravestones for Scotland, James Gentle (1801-1876), his wife Isabella Pryde (Pride)(1791-1875),Their Children James (1821-1900), Margaret (1832-1907), David (1830-1872).
