Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I visited Walhalla recently and this grave and its inscription has stuck with me. I would love a picture of it.

I am writing a book about my G Grandparents - Alexander Archibald and Emily Morgan who lived for many years on Donnelly's Creek. I understand that the inscription on this gravestone sums up the harsh life that the people of those times experienced. I may like to reproduce the photo in my book and seek your permission to do so.

im not sure which gravestone it was but my brther in law went there with his family wes fooling around .ignored the warning on the headstone and had a massive heart attack 3 days later which strangely he recovered from completely .when photos were developed later strange ghostly images were in the photos . the story appeared in the local paper

When visiting some years ago I got chatting to a lady who was looking for this cursed grave. We searched for ages looking everywhere & when we finally found it, having walked past or nearby a few times, it was VERY creepy to see James's mother had the same first name with exact spelling. My name is an old one & few people have it. Needless to say the lady & i did not lean over the grave

Like others, I visited this cemetery years ago and was fascinated with the inscription on the grave stone. I have researched his name on Trove and read that he was killed in a mining accident. Have a desire to find out more about his and his family's lives.
