I have always been interested in my family history and have never had the chance to see where my father grew up in Stockon-on-tees as I am a 1st generation New Zealander. In 2014 I hope to finally have the chance to see where I am from. I believe Roland and Elizabeth Bolsover are my Great-great-grandparents and Godfrey a great uncle. I would be very grateful for an image of the stone as it will add a piece to my family puzzle. hopefully I will then know what to look for when I see it for my own eyes. I have been researching the Bolsover family of Brewers in Mexborough and Sheffield, Rowland Wilson Bolsover was the son of Henry Bolsover and the brother of Albert Miles Bolsover who ran the Don Brewery, Mexborough. The wider family also had interests in the Crown Brewery, Sheffield. Albert Miles wife Elizabeth, was from the Kemp family of maltsters and brewers in Wath upon Dearne. andypickering50@hotmail.com
