Hi, Jane Maria Harper b.1873 was my Mother's Grandmother. Jane was married to Thomas Lewis b.1875 from Aberdare, Wales in Stockton on Tees in 1897. He had moved as a baby from Wales to Stockton on Tees. He was a ship's plater. Their Son, Thomas was born ( 1900 ) and went on to build houses in Hartburn Village, even having a street named after him, Harper Terrace.
