John Gleghorn was the brother of my Great Great Grandmother Jane Gleghorn (1821-1882), married Andrew Steel, Christchurch, Tynemouth 1841, emigrated to Newcastle, NSW Australia, with brother Robert Gleghorn (1817-1884). Brothers Oswald (1824-1902) and Robert (1829-1875) - killed in mining accident also emigrated Brother William Gleghorn (1828-1832). Family lived Keelman's Row Parents John Gleghorn (1791-1964) - born Plessey, and Margaret Oliver (1795-1858) born Newbiggin-by-the-Sea John was baptised at St. Mary the Virgin, Horton, 23 January 1819, married Mary ATKINSON 1847 If you wish further details, happy to forward what I am able
