Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

George Herbert Barker was a brother of my grandmother Amy Close Barker 1871-1956. They were born at High Wathcote farm, Easby near Richmond, Yks. I have only just discovered that he had a first wife, Christiana, who died so young, followed in 1903 by their son aged 3 years. George married again in 1909 at Bethnal Green, Mdx.

G H Barker was a distant relative of mine - I have only found out about the marriage to Christiana within the last week. It looks like Christiana's death may have been as a result of Christopher's birth. GHB must have been devastated to lose his wife then to lose his only son. He d id remarry later in London and had three children. Thanks. Phil. (I'll also be asking for an image of his grave if I find it.) You are asking for help. I have taken many grave photos over the years - what info other than the photo would you need?
(requested on 03 11 2012)
I think he is was my grandad,
