Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I think this is the gravestone of my great-great grandmother. Daniel moved with his uncle Thomas Delafield, his uncle to Abergavenny, South Wales in the mid 1800s, South Wales then being the klondike of the Uk. There his uncle and he set up a brewing business. Daniel married Jane Bowen, we believe a Welsh speaking woman from Carmarthenshire originally. Their first child was my great- grandmother, Ada Cornelia Mary Delafield. She married Arthur Price. They had a daughter, Mabel Ada Price, my mother. She in turn married Richard John Lewis, my father. Are there any other Delafield grave stones in the church yard? Thank Penny Lewis

I believe that my great grandmother was Jane's daughter Annie Clara Delafield. She would have been Ada Cornelia Delafield's sister I believe.
