In my geneology, I have a Joseph Millis b.1747 d.1814 married 1781 to Judith Williams b.1758 d.1818 with sons John b.1781, Thomas b.1787, Benjamin b.1792, William b 1793, George b.1795 and Richard b.1799 (in Esher). Also Daughter Ann b.1789 d.1864. I believe that this Joseph and William and Judith and Ann, found in your cemetery are the same persons although the dates seem to differ.
