Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am hoping that it may give me more clues to James' parentage. I believe him to be the son of William Walker & Agnes Brown. I know that James was living at Neville Park, Speldhurst for some twenty years before his death and that he received the Neville Park property in his father's will.
