Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

This man is a direct ancestor, related to the family of my grandfather William Watts, whose 3 x gt. grandmother was Alice Delanoy, d. of Daniel Delanoy and a direct ancestor of Jean De Lanoy who was one of the original Walloon fen drainage engineers who lived in Thorney in 1600's. I would be grateful for a good photo for my records. Many thanks.
(requested on 22 01 2015)
I have traced my ancestors back to Jean De Lanoy and Jeanne Flahau in Thorney around 1698, and I am looking to find out as much as possible about these family lines
