Mary Louisa Tulloh
1870531817first name on monumentof Tannachie West Malvern
Lt General Alexander Thomas Tulloh
1885861799husband of Mary Louisa TullohHe built Tannachie ~1865. He and his wife, who must have been Mary Louisa West, had no children but adopted her niece, Ada Goldsmith West, rescuing her from an Orphanage in Washington U.S. where she had been placed in 1853 after the deaths of her destitute parents, the Rev James Fletcher West, B A Brasenose Oxford, & Frances Goldsmith: they were said to have succumbed to drink & relied on charity. This a really interesting story. Ada Goldsmith Tulloh/West inherited Tannachie, married John Hatchett, and died 1921 Malvern- not seemingly buried in St James, or,maybe, just no stone? Her son Reginald Tulloh-Hatchett 1888-1973 has got a plaque in the graveyard there- next door to his grandparents?? Very grateful to Gravestone Photographiv Resource

Please note that all ages and dates of birth in red have been calculated and are probably not on the monument.

The calculated dates of birth should be treated with caution as in many cases it can be one year out.

The calculated dates of birth should also be treated with caution as the ages given on monuments are often inaccurate.

The names above are all the names that are listed on the grave monument. It is most likely that only the entries with dates and ages are interred in the grave.
