Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

In brief, Arthur Lloyd Taylor is the grandson of my Great Great Aunt Mary Ann Lloyd whose parents and siblings migrated to Western Australia and were hence my Ancestors. He also wrote the Taylors of Kew which documents the migration of the Lloyd Family to Western Australia Thanks Jeff Lloyd

I am a Taylor descendant and have researched the family, much assisted by Arthur Lloyd-Taylor's booklets. The family remember 'an American' contacting one of the older family members in Kew in the 1950s in the hope of finding out more about the stole parish registers of Kew, but she was unable or unwilling to divulge information. I think Arthur Lloyd Taylor may be the 'American' (he appears to have spent time abroad) and hope to find out more about his life.
