Hello there, just found this by chance. My great-grandmother was Mary-Jane Weaire. She married William Corney in Brighton around 1870. Although she was born in Deptford, all her siblings, father, etc. were born in East Grinstead. I have this John and Mary showing on my tree but have not yet been able to connect John to my direct line. I think he was most likely a sibling of my direct ancestor. We visited East Grinstead about 8 years ago, but missed the churchyard. I live in Victoria, B.C. Canada. Thanks for the good work!
