I'm one of Charles's older volunteers. We all do this work in our own time and at our own expense. It's a great boost to read how a photo we've taken has helped someone who's been searching for an ancestor for years. Personally, I'm very grateful to all who write to say thank you - and to Charles for all the hard work he's been doing for years to get the information online.

Likewise. I check regularly to see if anyone has commented on one of 'my' photos. I do this for my own pleasure, but it is so nice to be thanked!
