on my fathers/grandfathers grave you have michael welsh son of cecilia manning ,this uncorrect,he is son of David welsh(d.1974) and catherine mcgowan.

This extra information that was not on the monument has now been added to the on line database. Because all the relationships listed on GPR relate to the first named person it would have been much easier if these had been given!
