| MELLOWS | I was happily surprised to find the phot | I was happily surprised to find the photo of the gravestone of my ancestor, Margaret Mellows, who is my gr, gr, great grandmother. This site looks to be very informative and I will be doing a lot more digging here in the future.
I am also interested to find if there are any links to Liam Mellows (William Joseph), who was executed for his part in the Irish rebellion of 1916.

I am trying to find descendants of Ferdinand and Alice (nee Denton) Priestley. Alice was a daughter of Joseph Denton and Mary Walsh and my mother was a descendant of Joe's youngest brother Thomas Peter Denton who migrated to Australia in the 1880's. I know Ferdinand and Alice had four sons and a daughter and that the eldest son, James, wrote to my mother back in the 1960's. She kept one of his letters.
