Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

My wife is giving regular talks at local churches about 'Angels'. She would like a photo of this gravestone which we have seen several times and which has an angel as the headstone, assuming of course that the full picture has the angel as well!, as Titanic is so topical at the moment. Many thanks for your help.

I am interested in the history of the Titanic. I believe that Austin Partner's body (coded as number 166) was retrieved from the sea after the ship - on which he was a passenger - sank. My wife's step father was also buried in Long Ditton. I plan to visit the cemetery at some stage, but felt it would be interesting to have a photo of Austin's memorial stone. Many thanks, Jeremy

I was given Mr. Partner's name as my boarding pass at the Titanic Museum tour and I was to walk in his steps only finding out at the end what my fate was. He was 1st class, cabin # C-142. As we know, he went down with the ship. I felt I wanted to learn more about him and the family he left behind. The experience made it personal. Thank you
