Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I am researching my Great Grandfather William Twyman who was living on the Duke of Westminster's Estate, Eaton Hall, Chester. I am gathering information about his life and the people he might of been in contact with. I have a photograph which I have taken of a plaque for a Colonel David Scotland that is in the Church at Ecleston, near the estate. I would be pleased to e-mail it to you as he seems to be part of the family. My Great Grandfather was Troop Sergeant Major of the Earl of Chester's Yeomanry Cavalry at the time and had previously been in the 15th and 10th Hussars. I think from memory That Colonel David Scotland might have also been attached to one of these Hussar Regiments.

I am researching the family of John Scotland (provost in Dunfermline) and his wife Elizabeth Wilson and their descendants who worked and lived in India and Africa
