The Baillie families are ancestors of mine. My grandmothers name was Lurline Mary Baillie born in 1900 in New South Wales, Australia. I am tracing back to work out which James & Alexander Baillie's are my direct grandfathers. A James Baillie born in 1805 married in 1833 & came out to Australia with his wife Agnes Forsyth also born in 1805. So as you can see I am very interested in this headstone because I feel that he is the start of the Baillie's in Australia. If this is the case, why would they have his name on the headstone if he was buried in Tumbarumba, New South Wales, or was he??? Regards, Jan Hildebrand
