Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

I have been looking back on my family history and it indicates that Florence Hilda Cross parents names were John Cross who started off as a Railway Clerk c1881 and also a lay preacher. He married Florence German of French origin. John is buried at Coombe Martin. Florence had a gown shop in Ballington Lane? Derby. Hilda I believe taught Elocution lessons and music at St.Ronans School Duffield. She was also a suffragette and died in the Charfield Railway disaster of 1928. My Great Grandad was John's brother Arthur born 5.01.1878 at Hopping Hill Belper He was a professional green-keeper and married Emily Ann Jane at Gunwalloe church Cornwall and his sibling was my Grandfather William John Arthur Cross b 16.06.1901 d 1987. He was married to Florence Atkinson. I hope this explains my interest and helps you. I'm also hoping my facts are correct. Kind Regards and thank you fr considering my request Clive Cross
