The calculated dates of birth should be treated with caution as in many cases it can be one year out.

The calculated dates of birth should also be treated with caution as the ages given on monuments are often inaccurate.

Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

Would like to help but can't click the yes button in clear conscience as I'm so very absent-minded. I can't be sure as yet but do know I have ancestry tracing back through the Gilliat and Westwick line to Lincolnshire as well as Pace ancestry very likely from Hodnet and Stockton, Shropshire as well as Brierley Hill, Dudley where in 1981 I suddenly discovered I had the ability to make beautiful patterns in cutting glass when challenged by Master glasscutter John Davies to use his new diamond wheel! The expression on his face was priceless. Just found that a John Davies was living at Cheswardine Lane, same Lane as Sarah Pace and same time period and the name Charlotte has kept cropping up in other research, so wondering if there is a link. I'm not quite as mad as a hatter, being a researcher/writer/poetess, but perhaps somewhat eccentric to some. Thank you for all your help, Liz (born Handsworth, UK living for 32 years in Ireland) Can offer help in proofreading if ever you need it!
