Family research. JohnMcND 1847-1924 was my great grandfather. By the way Elizabeth Fortune McND ( n Taylor) was John's second wife with whom he had 13 children in addition to the four he had with his first wife Emily (n Fenn) who died in 1878. John became a major figure in the Area having moved to the region in 1879 to marry E above and among other things run the Ram Hotel Newark which I believe is about to reopen! If you wish I am happy to send more info.
