Thomas Pymar was my great, great grandfather who died at the age of 32.....His son was raised by his uncle, Benjamin Pymar. George Benjamin Pymar died of a heart attack on the grounds of the Oak Inn according to the Suffolk Free Press in 1904. He left his wife Hannah (nee Hockley) with two daughters and a son - my grandfather who came to Canada. I have been searching for the George & Thomas Pymar lineage since I was 12....I am now 73 and just discovered that there were two Thomas Pymar's....I believe the one that died at 32 years of age is the father of my grandfather. The other Thomas Pymar who died at age 77 must or might be the father of the younger Thomas Pymar??? They are both buried at your cemetery....I am delighted to hear they were Baptists. Thanks for any information or the photo of the gravestone. My wife and I are planning to come to England with the specific intention of visiting the grave site and at the time I would be all too happy to make a donation to this valuable, volunteer site.
