Reasons why the image for this memorial was requested

George Ley and Mary Parminter were my ggggggg-grandparents. Thank you very much for the wonderful job you are doing. Next time I'm at a cemetery in Brisbane, where I live, I'll photograph as many graves as I can.
(requested on 17 01 2012)
Francis Ley of Lee House Marwood was my great, great grandfather. We are researching all the Ley family. This site is an excellent idea. Do you need further pictures?
(requested on 12 02 2013)
I believe George and Mary are my 11th great grandparents. Other lines in NW Devon are Gear and Irwin. My mother was a war bride (WWII) from Swansea. My brother and I visited Berrynarbor and Combe Martin (Pack 'O Cards) in 2011, but did not know about the possible connection to Marwood. I still have not been able to prove the supposed relation to James Ley, First Earl of Marlborough. Thank you for providing the photo. I hope at some point you may be able to provide the other Ley photos.
(requested on 26 02 2015)
I think that she is a distant relative contemporary with my 7th great grandfather
(requested on 15 01 2017)
Margaret Ley - please don't bother as I have just been told that I am on the wrong track - sorry to bother you. I thought she was related to Richard Starkey of Thurloxton
(requested on 15 01 2017)
I am a Parminter descendant, thank you
