R P R Anderson1875821957 19th September 1957 He was Assistant Scout Master at Muthill from 1912–1915 and Scout Master from 1915–1920 He was minister of St. John’s U.F. Church in Muthill. During the First World War he was an Army Chaplain and was stationed for some time in France. He moved away in 1925 and later took a post at the Scots Kirk in Rome.In early 1956 he was awarded the O.B.E. for his work among British citizens in Rome. In April 1956 he was decorated with the Dutch award of the Order of Orange Nassau in recognition of his services to the Netherlands community in Rome.
