TOMLIN and GARDINER

Many thanks for sending me the image of the gravestone of Gibbon GARDINER, his wife and 2 daughters. I believe the gravestone does actually say Mary Elizabeth 'TOMLIN'. This lady was my ancestor and was born Mary Elizabeth GARDINER. Although the gravestone is recorded as being at St Mary's RC Church, the burials were at St Mary's Chatham which was the parish church and therefore Church of England.
