WADDINGTONMuch appreciated your quick response. I am working on Family history for my friend, who is 99, and was trying to match her records with online resources. The John Flesher and William Waddington tombstone, with its parental detail, confirms this is the correct family and adds two youngsters, previously unknown. I was able to get enough of the epitaph at the bottom to find it online. We very much appreciate this service, as we are in Canada. 'll be back to look for others.

MORGANDavid Andrew MORGANDavid Andrew Morgan age 75 years was the Father. Catherine Anne Dumsday age 44 years was his divorced daughter. David Lewis Morgan aged 42 years was his elder son. Percival (Lloyd) Morgan age ~34 years was his younger son. They were killed by a V-1 Doodlebug landing on their house 84 Blythe Road, in Hammersmith. David Andrew's wife Catherine Mary Morgan died in the June quarter of 1940, age ~69 years. Only 1 daughter survived - Lillian May Tudor Miles who was married and living outside London. Lillian died 16 Aug 1983, birth date 17 Aug 1907. In his early life, David Andrew Morgan was known as David Andrew Jones according to my relatives.

I have been researching the BRISTOW family for some time though mainly from the England end, but as Sarah Jane married into the EY family, this information will help me put together the South Australian part of the family tree. Much appreciate the time and effort taken to make all this information available. Thank you again!

JACKSONmemorial in Hartfield ChurchI am full of praise for the vision, generosity of spirit and umpteen years of work that have gone into creating and running this wonderful information service. Its short cut to Henry Jackson's memorial is helpful to me because I am writing up a booklet for the Friends of Woodbury Park Cemetery Tunbridge Wells about the Hale family.. His widow Charlotte Cecilia had a life interest in Holly Hill and remained there for the next 40 years with her second husband Bernard Hale. He was among other things the barrister whose carefully documented legal opposition to Lord de la Warr's encroachments on Ashdown Forest led to the protected permanent access there enjoyed today by the public. There are Hale memorials in Holy Trinity Colemans Hatch and of course there are the Hale almshouses at Kidds Hill. Mostly due to trickle down from the wealth of HHJ. Bernard and Charlotte are buried in Woodbury Park Cemetery and we have just cleaned up their memorial there along with those of the other Hales buried there.

ROBERTSONHarry James Robertson (1871-1947) grave informationThe information given on the entry about my 1st cousin 3x removed Harry James Robertson's gravestone says that his daughter Marjorie Beatrice Robertson married a Percy Victor Sharpin but this is, I believe, a case of the wrong Marjorie. Harry's daughter Marjorie B. Robertson married Hugh Westing Lewell in 1933 (using the name Robertson so it appears that she was not previously married to Mr Sharpin or anyone else). I wonder if this could be corrected in case it leads anyone up the wrong path?
